In this stage, we gently guide you to deeply understand where your anxious attachment comes from. You'll explore the unmet needs of your "inner child" and begin to see how these unresolved needs may have shaped your attachment patterns.

We also help you become more aware of the anxious attachment cycle—how it triggers you, the meaning you make from those triggers, and the negative patterns it can create in your life. With this newfound awareness, our goal is to empower you with the insight and clarity to begin breaking free from these patterns in the next phases of your journey.

By the end of this phase, our aim is to help you develop a clearer understanding of where your anxious attachment stems from, how it creates negative patterns, and provide you with the empowered insight needed to start breaking free.

In this stage, we focus on helping you cultivate deep self-love and expand your sense of self-worth, so you can begin to feel worthy of love and acceptance. This isn’t about surface-level affirmations or temporary fixes that may not work.

Instead, we apply proven methods designed to help you foster genuine feelings of self-love, compassion, and respect for yourself—building a foundation for healthier relationships moving forward.

By the end of this phase, we hope to help you expand your sense of self-worth and develop an authentic feeling of being deserving of love and acceptance.

The healing stage is where you’ll likely spend most of your time. During this stage, we aim to help you recognize and rewrite fear-based negative beliefs you may hold about yourself, relationships, God, and others.

You’ll be guided on a journey to connect with and begin healing your inner child, so you can start replacing old patterns of fear and anxiety with new ones that support a sense of security and confidence.

We also help you cultivate what we call “untouchable peace”—an inner calm and confidence that you can strive to maintain, no matter what’s happening in your relationships or life.

This phase is designed to help you rewrite negative beliefs and work toward replacing fear and anxiety with a sense of inner peace, security, and confidence.

Once you have become a new secure version of yourself you are going to need skills for navigating relationships.

Stage four is where we help you learn step by step exactly how to identify, set, and hold boundaries.

We’ll give you scripts and strategies that you can use right away to transform your relationships. Having “hard conversions” can feel easy and natural if you have the right tools.

Trevor is an internationally recognized coach and therapist dedicated to helping individuals transform anxious attachment into secure, fulfilling relationships. After overcoming his own anxious attachment, breaking his jaw, ending a toxic relationship, and leaving a corporate career at Tesla, he found his passion for healing and helping others.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Do I need to be in a relationship for this to work for me?

No, the secure self club is for people in and out of relationships

What if we are already in therapy?

It is your choice if you want to continue seeing your therapist or not. Some find it to be helpful to continue therapy and many also feel it is better to stop therapy to focus fully on the Secure Self Club.

What if I get stuck and need help?

You will have an individual coach who will be there to help you when you get stuck. Simply send them a message and they can give you a little nudge in the right direction. You can also reach out to the community in group coaching calls or through the community platform.

How much time per week will this take?

Group coaching calls last an hour each week. It is not required that you attend each call but attending as many as possible is encouraged. Additionally, it is encouraged to budget in about an hour per week for doing some of the self-guided exercises.

What if I want to book additional sessions?

That works for us! You can book additional individual sessions at a rate of $300 per session anytime you need added support.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes, we want to make sure you are happy with your progress. If you attend all of your individual sessions, all of the group sessions, and complete the self-guided materials and are not satisfied we will refund you your money minus $250 for each individual session you have completed. The guarantee is outlined in detail in the agreement.

What about when I am done with the program? Can I still be part of the community?

Yes we would love you to be part of it! We have a special alumni offer that allows past club members to stay involved, contribute to the community, and grow well after the 120 days are over.
